Leadership Finance Role

Key to a company's financial success is a strategic finance leader who ensures the company's financial health and operational effectiveness.

Below are key responsibilities for this leadership position:

  • Develop comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior leaders.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across various business units and functions.
  • Create pricing models to support informed business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy by reconciling management vs. accounting reports.
  • Drive process automation using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with Accounting Teams to ensure timely month-end close, reconciliations, and compliance.
  • Analyze cash flow trends, working capital, and customer transactions to optimize liquidity.
  • Support audits, tax assessments, and internal controls over financial processes.
  • Identify process improvements in order-to-cash (OTC), billing, and financial operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountancy certification.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • 7-10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related roles.
  • Experience in trading or manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and management levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
