Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Developer to spearhead the creation and scaling of cutting-edge applications with a strong emphasis on backend and frontend expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NestJS, ReactJS, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment, coupled with a passion for crafting robust, scalable, and high-performing systems.

  • Design and develop scalable applications utilizing NestJS, Node.js, MongoDB, and ReactJS.
  • Develop and implement microservices-based solutions to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Lead initiatives for scaling backends and databases to meet high-traffic system demands.
  • Work on end-to-end deployments on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable releases.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong focus on TypeScript best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and code standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of professional development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS.
  • 4+ years of experience with ReactJS.
  • Proven ability to scale backends and databases for high-traffic systems.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent command of TypeScript with strong coding ethics and best practices.
Benefits

While we don't have specific requirements for experience with GraphQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ, exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly valued. Additionally, knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance optimization is beneficial.
