Visual Creative Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to take the reins of our visual creative department. This Senior Graphic Designer position is ideal for someone who can balance creativity with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize workload and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all creative pieces align with company standards.
  3. Understand the business strategy and produce creative that supports company goals.
  4. Maintain organized files to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  5. Work on projects including presentations, flyers, banners, large-scale graphics for tradeshow booths, digital content for social media, web, and email.

What We're Looking For:
  1. 2-7 years of graphic design experience and 2 years in a leadership role (preferred).
  2. Proficiency in graphic design software, with a solid understanding of design principles.
  3. Highly skilled in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  4. Demonstrated portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills, with both print and digital executions.
  5. Ability to critically evaluate choices, considering customer/business needs.
  6. Effective communication of design decisions.
  7. Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, layout, typography, and web specifications.
  8. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
  9. Photo editing and production skills.

  1. Proven management experience.
  2. Previous online graphic design experience.
  3. A portfolio that exudes minimalism and elegance.
  4. 3+ years of design experience.
