Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Production Planning and Control Specialist to drive our production processes forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PPC within jewellery manufacturing, with expertise in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.

This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic production plans to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimize resource allocation.
  • Maintain efficient workflows, enhance productivity, and minimize waste through data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet delivery deadlines, address challenges proactively, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • 4+ years of experience in PPC within jewellery manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving results.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization, with proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
