Job Opportunity

We are looking for a professional to oversee all aspects of search engine optimization and marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost organic traffic, improve search rankings, and manage paid campaigns to drive targeted leads.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure best practices across all digital touchpoints.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Tasks:
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content.
  • Develop link-building strategies and collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts and landing pages.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush Ahrefs.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads and keywords.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in SEO and/or SEM.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
  • Understanding of on-page and technical SEO, paid search strategies, and Google Ads best practices.
  • Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads Certification.
  • Google Analytics Certification (GA4).
  • Experience with tag management systems.
  • Previous work in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRO tools and techniques.
