Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven and analytical SEO SEM Specialist to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing strategies to increase organic traffic improve search engine rankings and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted leads and conversions You will work closely with content design and development teams to ensure best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints Key Responsibilities SEO Search Engine Optimization - Perform keyword research competitor analysis and content gap identification- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags headers internal linking and content- Develop and execute link-building strategies white-hat - Collaborate with content creators to optimize blog posts landing pages and web copy- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement technical fixes crawl issues redirects mobile-friendliness site speed etc - Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Search Console Google Analytics and SEMrush Ahrefs SEM Search Engine Marketing Paid Search - Plan launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads- Optimize ad copy landing pages and bidding strategies to maximize ROI- Track campaign performance and make data-backed decisions for improvement- Conduct A B testing for ads landing pages and keywords- Manage budgets report on KPIs and adjust spending for best resultsRequired Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field- 2-4 years of proven experience in SEO and or SEM- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Ahrefs Moz or Screaming Frog- Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO paid search strategies and Google Ads best practices- Experience with keyword research tools and web analytics platforms- Basic knowledge of HTML CSS is a plus- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications - Google Ads Certification- Google Analytics Certification GA4 - Experience with tag management systems e g Google Tag Manager - Previous work in an agency or fast-paced environment- Familiarity with CRO conversion rate optimization tools and techniquesKey Competencies - Analytical mindset with attention to detail- Results-oriented and data-driven decision-making- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing design and tech teams- Up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and algorithm changes ref updazz com
