**Dairy Operations Specialist Opportunity**

We are establishing a new dairy processing facility in Hyderabad and seeking an experienced Dairy Operations Specialist to lead the setup, commissioning, and operation of our plant.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in dairy industry operations, plant establishment, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day management of milk procurement, processing, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance in setting up the new dairy processing center – from plant design to commissioning.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee equipment selection, installation, and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
  • Establish supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
  • Provide expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration for procurement, processing, sales, and finance modules.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

  • 10+ years of experience in Dairy Processing, Operations, or Plant Management.
  • Proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
  • Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control, and dairy product lines.
