Senior Sales Director

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales and revenue operations with effective senior management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Align with founders and build a GTM roadmap. Lead the ToF engine, including Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Excellence, and Digital Marketing. Build and lead an FOS team, and drive the expansion of the partner program to acquire sellers. Develop new channels of product distribution and drive sales management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters from a Tier 1 institution.
- Strong B2B or SaaS sales experience in the startup space.
- A go-getter and hustler attitude, with analytical abilities and comfort with number-driven experimentation.
