Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately through the platform/panel to ensure seamless order management.

  • Identify, address, and resolve order-related and operational issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

  • Pick up orders from brand stores located within the mall premises in a timely manner.

  • Ensure correct packaging and timely dispatch of products to meet customer expectations.

  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with the central Operations team to facilitate smooth workflow.

  • Troubleshoot application issues for internal and external users to minimize downtime.

  • Coordinate with ground staff to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are consistently met.

  • Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline deliveries and improve efficiency.

  • Prepare and maintain operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for performance tracking and insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent fluency in written and spoken English is essential for effective communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines is crucial for success in this role.

  • Ability to build external and internal relationships and partnerships is vital for collaboration and teamwork.

  • Continually looks for efficiency gains, shares best practice and suggests process improvements to drive business growth.

  • Customer service experience and the ability to deal with difficult customers is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively is necessary for managing workload.

  • Good communication and documentation skills are required for accurate record-keeping and reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Office is necessary for data analysis and presentation.

  • Preferably 1 year and above experience in operations in retail, e-commerce or start-up is desirable for this role.
