We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Supply Chain Planning Expert.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, and solution design.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to utilize their expertise in supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and supply chain requirements.

  • You will lead discovery sessions to identify pain points and gather detailed specifications.
  • Present customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that align with client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse.
  • Create detailed proposals, workflows, and use case demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Configure and customize Kinaxis RapidResponse to meet client requirements.
  • Guide best practices for Kinaxis implementation and utilization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Kinaxis solutions during sales cycles and project delivery.
  • Support sales teams with technical expertise and thought leadership during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept scenarios.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation requests with detailed technical insights.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery.
  • Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and training to ensure client success with Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collect feedback to refine processes and identify opportunities for future improvements.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
