Job Description:

  • ">
  • Contribute to creating thought leadership and research collateral in ESG and Sustainability Research Program.">
  • Source and update information on the latest trends and support the maintenance of house view materials.">
  • Maintain various ESG tracking programs covering corporate NZC commitments, regulations, and reporting.">
  • Develop strong relationships and collaboration with data analysts in adjacent Sustainability Services.">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Facilitate communication between Research and Sustainability Services across the globe.">
  • Support JLL Research teams more broadly with information and data requests that assist with business development and client engagement.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • ">
  • A strong interest in sustainability and the built environment.">
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, urban studies, urban planning, architecture, or other real estate-related fields.">
  • 3-4 years of experience in the industry, preferably in sustainability or ESG research.">
  • Strong analytics skills, especially quantitative skillsets, with ability to identify new insights and trends through data analysis.">
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.">
  • Organized, methodical, and proactive, with strong ability to multitask, be resilient, and effectively manage time, processes, and workload.">
