About the Job

We're seeking a Director to lead our E-commerce category. As the strategic owner of this vertical, you will build and scale the business like a founder—owning revenue, profitability, and long-term category success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Revenue Leadership: Define and execute business strategy; own revenue, profitability, and long-term category success.
  • Assortment Strategy: Develop and implement SKU plans that align with brand vision, ensuring market-leading selection of divine and spiritual products.
  • Digital Experience: Lead category programming on the app and website to deliver an engaging, seamless user journey.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day category operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring on-time, high-quality execution across the board.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions; inspire a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership; work closely with cross-functional partners including marketing, product, tech, and operations.

Core Skills:

  • Category management or P&L ownership
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership

Requirements:

  • 9–13 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet businesses
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in fast-paced, high-scale environments
  • Experience building and leading large teams
