The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Main responsibilities include overseeing pre and post-contract activities related to residential luxury villa projects, leading project management initiatives, and managing vendor development processes.

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector are required.

Key skills include proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices, strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies, exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness through oversight of pre and post-contract processes
  • Project management to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget constraints
  • Evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
  • Negotiating rates with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
  • Accurate financial management across projects through budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting
