Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee maintenance of mechanical equipment, including planning preventive maintenance schedules and analyzing breakdowns to lead corrective actions.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce downtime, and material waste by collaborating with R&D for process enhancements and technology upgrades and working with QA teams to troubleshoot quality issues.
• Lead projects such as capacity expansion, automation, or new product lines, leveraging expertise in mechanical engineering to drive business growth.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required. Experience in the Steel Manufacturing Industry is preferred, but not necessary. Fresher candidates are also encouraged to apply.
