Job Title: Maintenance Equipment Supervisor

Job Description:
    Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our production equipment, ensuring they are running at optimal levels to meet our production goals. This role involves working closely with the production team to identify and address any issues that may impact production.
    Key responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment. A solid understanding of PLC automation systems and knowledge of utilities such as HVAC, DG sets, air compressors, high-pressure boilers, nitrogen generation plants, ETP, and good communication and negotiation skills are essential.
    Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of statutory compliance applicable for electrical and mechanical equipment, including the Indian Boilers Act, Factories Act, and other relevant regulations.
