Junior Architect Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Junior Architect to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.

They will also be involved in concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.

Additionally, they will assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project's amenity and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have good presentation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

They should also possess a strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation, mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project's amenity and specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective transfer of information between departments.
