Job Title: AI Development Specialist

Location: Bangalore, KA

Experience Level: 4 to 6 years

Job Type: Contract/General

Contract Duration: 11 Months (With Possible Extension)

About the Role:

You will work alongside expert scientists and engineers to develop AI-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, coding, and deploying large-scale models using industry-leading tools.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data tools like Spark and Hadoop for handling large datasets
  • Solid understanding of core machine learning principles, including training, validation, data preprocessing, and feature engineering
  • Proven expertise in ML engineering, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of models in production environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker)
  • Familiarity with optimizing model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data storage and integration into ML pipelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn fast
