Job Title: Senior AI Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of advanced machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create scalable and efficient ML models for real-world applications using industry-standard tools and technologies.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using PySpark and MLflow, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Analyze and process structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other relevant libraries, extracting valuable insights and patterns.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and experiment with Large Language Models (LLMs), driving business value through innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong programming expertise in Python, with a focus on ML and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques, including metrics and benchmarking.
  • Experience with big data processing using PySpark, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management, ensuring reproducibility and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other relevant libraries.
