Electrical Engineering Leader

This leadership role involves overseeing the design and development of advanced traction motors for high-performance vehicles. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for creating motor designs, conducting thermal and electromagnetic analysis, and optimizing performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop traction motors with enhanced performance capabilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize motor design, simulation, and testing
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of motor systems into vehicles
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing to validate motor performance, durability, and safety
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and supplier engagement strategies to support motor production

Requirements:
  • Advanced degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience in motor design, simulation, and testing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
