Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Operations Manager to lead our team in maintaining the highest level of security and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in managing cyber security projects. Our team operates on RSA Netwitness Suite, so experience with this system is essential.
The successful candidate will oversee the administration of the proposed solution, manage day-to-day SOC operations, and ensure the closure of incidents within defined SLAs. They will also be responsible for coordinating with the SOC team and SI's team for incident closure, sharing status reports, and participating in weekly review meetings.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and analytical abilities. The Cyber Security Operations Manager will work closely with the team to identify chronic operational and security issues and implement solutions to resolve them.
In terms of qualifications, we require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. We offer an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
