About the Project

We are now building a new stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases. Global banks, fintechs like Stripe, and crypto-native players are investing heavily in this space. Our idea is focused on APAC, where we have a strong foothold. Early experiments and customer conversations have shown strong market pull, and we are now setting up the right team to scale.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Lead/Manager to own engineering for the entire stablecoin initiative — spanning both the application and infrastructure layers. You'll lead a small engineering team while staying hands-on building backend systems that scale securely and reliably. A big part of the role will be designing and maintaining integrations with on/off-ramp providers across geographies, many of which lack mature APIs or documentation. You will lead technical discussions, define architecture, and ensure our systems remain robust on top of fragmented provider infrastructure.
