Role Overview:
The Lead Technology Visionary will be responsible for defining and executing the technology roadmap, building scalable and reliable products for the logistics ecosystem, leading product development, architecture, and engineering decisions, partnering with the founding team on strategy and growth, and recruiting and mentoring an engineering team as we expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a scalable and reliable technology infrastructure to support the growth of the company.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge technologies that drive business value.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for adoption.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as software development, data analytics, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
