Cybersecurity Director

The ideal candidate will lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts, developing and implementing effective security strategies to safeguard our digital assets.

• Develop and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures
• Evaluate risks associated with new technologies, vendors, and processes
• Oversee periodic risk assessments, vulnerability management reviews, and mitigation tracking
• Manage IT compliance initiatives, including regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in information security, IT risk management, or IT audit, with at least 3 years in a leadership/managerial role
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations preferred
