Product Designer

We are seeking a seasoned designer to drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem.

This role demands a strategic designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while maintaining consistency at scale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools.
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance.
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping, component systems, and collaborative workflows.
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies, persona development, and user journey optimization.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
  • Expertise in responsive design, progressive enhancement, and mobile UX best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration.
