Marketing Professional Job Description

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to manage the entire marketing cycle. This role involves generating leads, running campaigns, and analyzing performance. The ideal candidate should be analytical and execution-driven, capable of turning market data into strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential leads through digital campaigns, social media, email, events, and partnerships. Research and qualify leads using CRM tools.
  • Marketing Execution: Plan and implement campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, and offline channels. Create engaging marketing content and manage brand visibility.
  • Marketing Analytics & Insights: Track lead sources, campaign ROI, customer acquisition cost, and conversion rates. Generate weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Sales & Business Support: Align closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads. Support pre-sales activities with presentations, case studies, and proposal inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Less than 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Experience in B2B / SaaS / ERP industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
