Business Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our global analytics group, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and experience with Power BI, Excel, and data visualization to deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Data Analysis and Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, leveraging data from various sources to deliver clear and concise visualizations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and understand data needs, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI functionalities.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel, including advanced functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power BI and experience building complex dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of data modeling, data structures, and data visualization standard processes.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses for data extraction and integration.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
- Familiarity with RPA tools to automate data collection, reporting, or other repetitive tasks.
