Senior IT Hardware Sales Executive

We seek an experienced sales professional to spearhead business development and drive sales growth in the government, PSU, and defence sectors across Aligarh.
The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise, a proven track record in government IT sales, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Seek out fresh sales prospects in the government, PSU, and defence sectors for hardware and IT solutions.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Foster Key Relationships: Establish and maintain strong ties with government officials, PSU representatives, and defence organisations.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process – from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, tenders, and RFPs.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Remain current on government procurement policies, e-tendering processes, and IT hardware requirements.
- Provide Regular Reporting: Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and forecast to management.
- Education: BE/B.Tech in Electronics or equivalent with an MBA (desired).
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales.
- Candidate Profile: Strong track record of handling government, PSU, and defence clients in Aligarh.
- Key Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Tech Knowledge: Good understanding of IT hardware solutions and procurement processes.
- Independence and Accountability: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
