Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Executive to join our team. As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining employee records, driving employee engagement, and overseeing day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to support business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling.
  • Oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Procure office supplies, stationery, and other necessary items.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including supervising office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Process payroll accurately, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances.
  • Prepare comprehensive administrative and HR reports to inform management decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
