We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team of mentors in Data Science and related fields.

HCL–GUVI is looking for passionate experts who can deliver high-quality, hands-on learning experiences in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging live interactive sessions (weekday evenings or weekends) and teach students in Data Science, AI/ML, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Provide real-world insights by connecting theoretical concepts with industry applications and assist learners with doubt clearing, assignments, and project guidance.
  • Design and deliver practical exercises, coding challenges, and mini-projects to strengthen hands-on skills and mentor students in best practices for coding, problem-solving, and research-oriented learning.
  • Collaborate with the program team to continuously improve curriculum and learner engagement.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: B.Tech / M.Tech / MS / PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields. Graduates or researchers from top-tier institutes preferred.
  • Professional Background: Working professionals from product-based companies or R&D labs strongly preferred with strong industry exposure in Data Science, AI/ML, and Generative AI applications.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI frameworks along with experience with tools and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, etc.
  • Familiarity with real-world AI projects in NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs, or Gen AI.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and mentoring skills in English and Tamil, ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified, engaging, and practical manner, and passion for teaching and guiding students.
