- Design and develop native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Build advanced and scalable applications that meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance application functionality.
- Ensure code quality through testing and automated UI tests.
- Debug and resolve application issues and crashes.
- Optimize app performance.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Key Qualifications & Technical Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Android app development.
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK components.
- Experience with Android Studio, Gradle, and ADB.
- Familiarity with XML, Jetpack components, LiveData, ViewModel, and Room database.
- Experience with SQLite, Room, or other local databases.
- Solid knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications).
