Job Title: Senior Construction Manager

Civil Site Engineers play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the successful execution of villa construction projects. The primary responsibility of a Civil Site Engineer is to oversee all aspects of project execution, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution Management: Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards for villa construction projects.
  • Project Timelines and Resources: Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee timely completion.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
  • Construction Drawings and Specifications: Ensure adherence to construction drawings and specifications.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Troubleshooting and Documentation: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction and prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in construction projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and safety regulations.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction management software.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury Residential Projects: Experience working on luxury residential projects.
