About Project Intern Role

RAHO Hospitality offers a unique project internship that provides hands-on exposure to construction and infrastructure projects. This opportunity allows you to develop technical and managerial skills essential for a career in civil engineering.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in quantity take-off, estimation, and costing for civil, structural, and finishing works.
  • Support preparation of BOQs, project budgets, and cost comparisons using MS Excel.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards, cost-tracking reports, and project documentation.
  • Interpret and analyze AutoCAD drawings, architectural and structural plans.
  • Contribute to project schedules, progress monitoring, and site execution support.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, material tracking, and vendor evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Civil Engineering.
  • Knowledge of estimation, costing, and budgeting practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (dashboards, formulas, reports).
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, procurement, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in live project execution and construction management. You'll gain practical skills in Excel-based cost control, budgeting, and reporting tools, as well as interpretation of drawings and project planning. Additionally, you'll receive mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers, and develop skills for a career in civil engineering, project execution, and infrastructure management.
