Financial Consultant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials, ensuring seamless integration and optimal configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules.
  • Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with offshore teams for efficient delivery.
  • Manage data migration using FBDI, ADFDI, and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation (config workbooks, test scripts, training materials).
  • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud quarterly releases and assess impact on client environments.
