Job Title: AI Governance Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the strategic implementation and effective governance of AI tools, driving our technological capabilities and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements, as well as experience in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.

In this role, you will work closely with our security, compliance, and engineering teams to expand the safe and responsible use of AI tools across the organization. You will also serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.
