Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Client Servicing professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.

Candidates should be creative, initiative-driven, and commercially aware, with strong analytical skills and knowledge of the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients on a regular basis through phone calls, emails, or meetings to understand their requirements.
  • Respond quickly to client requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct ideation meetings with internal teams and clients to provide optimal solutions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for ongoing projects, proofread, and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.
  • Implement innovative strategies to keep clients engaged and provide value for money experiences.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional communication and prompt services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from any discipline.
  • Preferred qualifications: MBA in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications, or Media.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in client servicing roles within advertising agencies.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
  • Creativity, initiative, and commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the field.
