Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications and modules, as well as integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Custom Application Development: Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs, and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • ITSM Module Expertise: Work with ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog to ensure seamless service management.
  • CMDB Implementation: Implement and maintain CMDB and align with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) to enhance data consistency and accuracy.
  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Support Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and tools to drive business success.
  • Scripting and Development: Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, and other server/client-side scripts using JavaScript to automate business processes.
  • Agile Development Practices: Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning and daily standups to ensure efficient project delivery.
Requirements
  • ServiceNow Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience designing and developing custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • API Integration: Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and internal tools using APIs.
  • Scripting Skills: Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, with experience writing and maintaining client scripts, business rules, and other server/client-side scripts.
  • ITSM Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
  • CMDB Implementation: Experience implementing and maintaining CMDB, with alignment to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices including sprint planning and daily standups.
