Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ECM Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of content management solutions using IBM FileNet P8.

This role will drive digital transformation and communication strategies across enterprise platforms by implementing scalable ECM solutions, managing digital communication workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ECM principles, workflow automation, document management, and business process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable ECM solutions using IBM FileNet P8 and related technologies
  • Manage digital communication workflows and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Oversee project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder communication
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of ECM platforms
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Navigator, and Case Manager
  • Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) principles
  • Experience in workflow automation, document management, and business process management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
