Key Positions: Data Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Data Strategist to lead our data science team and drive innovation in data-driven decision-making.

As a senior member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that align with our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data analytics solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data strategies that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead a team of data scientists to design and deploy data analytics solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses.
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
