Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the administrative department and staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborating with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
  • Providing guidance and support to administrative staff members to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative management and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
