Administrative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative department and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervising the administrative department and staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Collaborating with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Providing guidance and support to administrative staff members to help them grow in their roles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
