Job Title: Software Development Engineer I

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team of backend engineers who drive technology initiatives forward. Our tech stack includes Java, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, with AWS as our hosting platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Design and implement metrics for diagnostics and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in project delivery through analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Design and develop new backend services and applications.
  • Contribute to department best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MicroServices.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate, and good programming practices.
  • Understanding of object-oriented software development and systems architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java and knowledge of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, with 1-3 years of software development experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
