We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner and a good understanding of APM tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and New Relic. You will also have hands-on experience with Web-HTTP, Java Vuser, Webservice protocol, and ability to work independently in Requirement analysis, designing, execution & result analysis phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute performance tests using LoadRunner and other relevant tools.
  • Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for issue triaging & bug fixes.
  • Develop customized codes in Java & C language for optimizing and enhancing VuGen scripts.
  • Monitor/extract production performance statistics and apply the same model in the test environments with higher load to uncover performance issues.
  • Must have experience in monitoring DB and highlight performance issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of LoadRunner - HTTP/HTML/Webservices protocol/Java Protocol.
  • Good understanding of Monitoring Tools: AppDynamics/ Dynatrace/ CloudWatch/ Splunk/ Kibana/ Grafana/ Datadog.
  • Database – SQL or Mongo.
  • Unix basics.
  • Good understanding of cloud concepts – AWS/Azure.

Good to Have:

  • Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners.
  • Java.
  • Performance Engineering/Tuning.

Essential:

  • Database – SQL or Mongo.

Qualifications:

  • 15 years of full-time education.
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable).
