We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

">Job Description

As a Technical Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing mechanical components 2D drawings and 3D modeling, creating bills of material, and managing documentation according to ISO 9004:2015 standards. You will also have good technical knowledge and experience in Submersible Pumps industries.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparing Assembly & Part Drawing + 3D Model for New Product Development.
  2. Creating Bills of material (BOMs) and Maintaining ISO Documents.
  3. Modifying existing designs based on manufacturing & sourcing team requirements.
  4. Preparing Design & Drawing of New product development/reverse engineering activities of Submersible Pump set.
  5. Comparing product costs with other brands and conducting MOC analysis.
  6. Developing and implementing design standards and procedures.
  7. Preparing and presenting technical reports and presentations.
  8. Managing and working on all ISO 9001:2015 related design documents.
  9. Training Production / Assembly / Quality Assurance personnel as required on approved manufacturing, test and inspection procedures.
  10. Resolving process & product-related issues to support the manufacturing & sourcing team to complete dispatch orders.
  11. Acting on customer complaints to resolve them within a selected timeframe.
  12. Preparing internal and external written correspondence.

In addition to these responsibilities, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Technical Knowledge-Problem Solving Skills
  • Auto Cad 2D & Solid works / Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
  • Good Knowledge on MS Office
  • Minimum Qualification:Diploma, CIPET or BE Mechanical Engineering
