Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including SaaS & IT Services Agreements, Collaboration & Staffing Agreements, NDAs, and Marketing Contracts.
  • Advise on cross-border legal matters, including data protection, FEMA, and RBI guidelines.
  • Provide legal guidance in contract disputes, dispute resolution, and potential litigation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; Master's or professional certifications preferred.

4-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
