Civil Cost Estimator

As a Cost Control Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of our construction projects. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
">- This position requires a thorough understanding of cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
- A successful candidate should have a strong background in quantity surveying and civil engineering. They should be proficient in relevant software and have excellent problem-solving skills.
We are looking for someone who can optimize specifications without compromising on client requirements. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to validate technical specifications received from the design team.
">The successful candidate will also be responsible for presenting BOQs and solutions to management and obtaining approvals. They will need to check RA bills and final bills, prepare amendments, and submit different budget options considering alternative solutions.
">The ability to explore new products and take them to approvals is essential for this role. A detailed understanding of systems and construction processes is also necessary.
">We require a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
