About the Role:

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will involve thoroughly reviewing timesheets and expenses to guarantee accuracy and compliance with client-specific checklists. You will work closely with sales and contractors to identify discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts, communicating effectively to resolve these issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meticulous reviews of timesheets and expenses for completeness, precision, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Verify receipts to ensure final amounts are accurate and tally correctly.
  • Collaborate with contractors or sales teams to address discrepancies in expense sheets and receipts, fostering open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage payroll-related inquiries by analyzing data and creating detailed overviews of potential issues.
  • Process emails in shared inboxes according to deadlines and urgency levels, maintaining timely responses.
  • Save expense sheets and receipts in accordance with filing conventions required by Payroll teams, seeking approvals from clients/managers without impacting turnaround time.
  • Work in accordance with the payroll schedule to ensure timely payments.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
