Big Data Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned Big Data professional to drive our cloud-first strategy forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable infrastructure solutions using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, such as Terraform and ARM templates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing efficient Azure deployments leveraging orchestration products like Azure DevOps.
  • Providing technical guidance on Microsoft Azure technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Gathering business requirements and translating them into suitable solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for design, development, build, and deployment methods.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, along with certifications in Microsoft Azure. They should have extensive experience supporting, designing, and developing public cloud solutions using IaC, as well as demonstrated expertise in security hardening and testing.
