Job Title: Cyber Innovation Leader

As a Cyber Innovation Leader, you will oversee the Innovation & Simulation Lab within our organization. This role focuses on driving strategic innovation, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerating the development and testing of emerging solutions to future-proof our digital capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development. They should have a strong technical background with expertise in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovation Strategy: Define a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with our organization's goals and overall cybersecurity objectives.
  • Lab Operations: Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, outcome measurement, and drive strategic and operational relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Project Management: Ensure the lab operates efficiently, with effective resource allocation and project management practices, and monitor and report on the progress of research initiatives and innovation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in Cyber Innovation & Simulation, with at least 8-10 years of experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains in futuristic cybersecurity technologies, emerging trends, and disruptive technologies.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A strong technical background with experience in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or MBA (Technology Management).

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with academic institutions, industry partners, and government agencies. They should be able to think strategically and align innovation efforts with our organization's business objectives.
