Key Responsibilities:

  • Diligently manage, strategize, and monitor ongoing litigation cases involving the Company, tracking key milestones, deadlines, and court appearances with precision.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including notices, opinions, pleadings, and relevant documentation required for regulatory compliance and litigation.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external legal counsel, ensuring effective performance management and quality representation in litigation matters.
  • Directly engage with government officials, including regulators and law enforcement agencies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation regarding all legal cases and disputes in the corporate office.
  • Represent the Company, directors, or employees in civil or criminal cases at various police stations, courts, or other statutory offices.
  • Work with advocates to file necessary documents and obtain essential proofs in any legal office.
  • Seek legal advice and coordinate with advisors as needed.
  • Draft letters and applications to be submitted to authorities, as well as draft responses to legal notices.
  • Prepare and update a dashboard summary of pending litigations using existing litigation management tools.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and liabilities associated with the company's operations, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate them.
  • Nurture relationships with government officials, lawmakers, and regulatory bodies to shape policy and regulatory frameworks that impact the Company's operations.
  • Filing applications for aggregator licenses for two-wheelers and three-wheelers across the country.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess an LLB/ LLM degree from a recognized Indian university.
  • Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience in a law firm, preferably as an intern.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in the English language.
  • Exhibit good organizational skills and the ability to multitask on several projects simultaneously.
  • Show the capacity to manage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Be prepared to travel as necessary.
  • Acknowledge a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and upholding legal and compliance integrity.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,250,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This amount reflects the expected cost of living in the region, based on industry standards and market rates.
