Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Patient Advocate to join our team at Lenity Health. This role will involve working with Medicare senior members (65+ years old) to navigate their healthcare journey, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular touch-points with senior members to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Provide product and service information to assist scheduling, follow-ups, and other related decisions and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records in backend systems, stay updated on products, services, and company policies, and contribute actively towards building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guardrails, and training plans.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Highest levels of patience and empathy.
  • High ownership & commitment, & collaborative DNA to work together as a team.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn new skills, apply, and grow non-linearly.
  • Ability to quickly identify problems, think critically, and offer solutions.
