Job Opportunity: Global Hospitality Services Manager

A dynamic and results-driven individual is required to oversee the comprehensive operation of global hospitality services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish effective partnerships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of cafeteria and pantry services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of various GHS products, adapting to changing business needs and driving process improvement.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures, aligning with regional and global standards.
  • Provide strategic input on infrastructure requirements to support expansion plans and drive business growth.
Daily Operational Tasks:
  • Communicate critical service-related information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage GHS services for events, roadshows, senior and client visits, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate asset lists for GHS equipment, track maintenance and repairs, and support procurement of new equipment.
  • Develop innovative ideas for cafeteria and pantry services, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in Cafeteria Event Facility Management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language.
